Lindsey Kantawee, Director

Lindsey is a seasoned attorney with experience as both outside and in-house counsel for public and private companies. As General Counsel and the first in-house attorney for Oregon-based dental equipment manufacturer, A-dec, Lindsey built the company’s legal function and also led the product compliance and quality assurance teams. Lindsey also served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Columbia Sportswear Company. She began her career practicing M&A with Clifford Chance in New York prior to joining Portland-based Stoel Rives where she focused on corporate law and M&A.  She is now a co-owner of women-led boutique firm, Office of General Counsel Network, based in Portland.

A piano student as a young child, Lindsey’s deep connection with music began several years ago in Thailand where she met her now musician husband after seeing him perform.  She fondly credits reggae music and Bob Marley with bringing her family together.  Lindsey enjoys supporting her son’s school through many volunteering efforts, including chairing its annual auction, and returning to Thailand as often as life allows!
