Keenan Recker

Keenan grew up right here in Clackamas county surrounded by music. He began his musical journey as a drummer at age 11 and later learned guitar, keyboard, bass guitar, and ukulele. Since age 12 he has been actively playing and performing in a wide variety of musical genres and groups. Keenan believes in music’s unique ability to connect us and to heal. He spent two and a half years managing music programs in children’s hospitals, sharing music with patients and families at bedside. His deep love and appreciation for music motivates him to teach and pass on this wonderful artform. He speaks (and sings) in English and Spanish.
