Youth Music Project offers a variety of classes on guitar:

Introduction to Guitar

Does your child play a mean air-guitar?  Do they want to be the next Hendrix or Van Halen?  If so, Introduction to Guitar is the class that will make all of their shredding dreams come true!  Beginners will learn the basics of rocking out by studying basic chords, rhythms and riffs as well as music concepts and guitar technique.  Shredders will be able to showcase their fret-board skills at a final YMP performance in June.

Guitar Some Experience / Returning

Do your children have less than a year of experience playing guitar?  Have they taken a class at YMP before?  If so, they can use this class to take it to the next level.  Students enrolled in this course will learn harder songs and even more guitar techniques.  Students will showcase their strumming and plucking at the final performance in June.
